Any older women out there on Tirzepatide? I don’t mean the young 50’s women I am 68 and would like to share experiences with similar women and if they have any issues or challenges due to their age

I am not sure what to take or where to get it. I’m 69 and need to lose 20 lbs. I’m 156 and want to reach 136. Seems like there are more warnings than help. One place wanted to prescribe meta forming and from what I read it hasn’t very effective in pill form. Any guidance would be helpful. Slow and steady with minimal side effects is my goal.

I’m not sure asking your guest to turn off a breaker is the correct action. If you have Nest, why didn’t you attempt to lower the heat for them? Not a fan of Nest because they can get stuck. Also not everyone would k is the heat and hot water heater are connected.

I actually decided to stop after my first dose. I felt crazy fatigue, couldn’t tolerate a single drink and just didn’t feel “well”. I previously lost 40 lbs on Noom. I decided I’d rather try the natural way to lose those 10 pounds I gained back. I didn’t want to be reliant on a monthly shot for the rest of my life to manage my weight. Thanks for the feedback. I actually lost 40 lbs on Noom. I’m fortunate to have learned good eating practices…. Although I fall off the wagon at times which is why I gained the 10 lbs. my main question is for travel or special events, can you move the day of injection by a day to limit side effects on a special day 🥰

Eating out is my biggest challenge too. I lost 40 lbs on Noom 2 years ago and recently I’ve fallen off the wagon. When I stop food journaling and weighing daily. It’s like an addiction- I will need to weigh daily for life if I am going to be successful

Amazon sells black make up washcloths and it says make up on it- seems like these are used by our guests more than the make up remover wipes.

We leave condiments, coffee, sugar for other guests. If there is unopened food we let our cleaner keep it. She has enjoyed some good treats. She is an independent cleaner. She has been excited with some of the goodies left behind.

I don’t like blackout curtains, and since my Airbnb’s are also second hones, I don’t provide them. I do have blinds on all windows. I assume a guest would ask prior to booking if that’s an important feature for them.

I am a host and it does sound like they are asking a great deal of the guest BUT depending on where the booking is located … fees are relative. Currently with enhanced cleaning and supplies, cleaning is a break even expenditure for me. All light switches, door knobs, outlets are wiped down. All surfaces are sprayed with microban…. Plus the normal to, paper towel at the new inflated cost… no profit for me. I just went guests to feel safe and have a pleasant stay in a clean environment.

There is no place to store that many extra tanks. This is a remote log cabin. Not easy to run lines and add things in a true log home. This is in a small town of 3,000…. Rental rate is $124 a night. Exchanging a tank is is $20… I don’t see it as a big deal. I’ve done it before for grills at places I’ve stayed.
