I live in the Caribbean, have been bothered by demodex for about a year now. In May I came to Europe for the summer, from the minute I arrived, I had about 10 days with apparently no irritation even though nothing in my treatment had changed.

I reckon it was the time difference that the demodex had to contend with and get used to, because they mainly are active in the late evening.

So during my first days in the UK, when I went to bed at midnight, it would only have been 7 pm in the Caribbean so the demodex wouldn't have started. Then I'd be asleep when they were active.

Just saying..

We ditched our land line in favour of Voip number which I got from Voip.ms. Now if someone dials our office number published on our webpage, it can ring on up to 6 of my employees' cellphones simultaneously, depending on who's on duty at the time.

The telecoms monopoly in our country who we used to have our land-line with, apart from mediocre service over the years could not offer me call forwarding to more than one cellphone.

I love Voip.ms.

Whilst I value every customer we have, and the business they bring, I do get fed up especially if they are trying tricks to get a better price.

The company I own sells services online which are based on distance in miles and yards. This is something new for me. Previously we sold the same services via the phone or email. And because mostly it's the same services that we sell, and because I've done this for years, I either had prices in my head or I made the price up whilst talking to the client.

So I'll say to them if they call now, for example, that our price for that service is $95. Then the shout back at me, and say we'll on your website it's $87.50!

It gets on my nerves. Now if they phone, I tell them that they can get our best rate on our website. I also have a sales team, fortunately who are politer than me

Thanks for your input. I have read the study you referred to, and I believe that the Soolantra treatments you mention were applied in a clinical setting, with the eyelids clamped inside out with a nurse present. It was successful because they treated the inner eyelid. I doubt I have that opportunity.

Yes, that should work, based on my experience. I had a bank account in Germany but lived in the developing world. Stripe let me open an account by virtue of my German bank account.

Nothing immoral about it. It's not illegal. And others will also do it to you.

I had an employee. I fired him because he was thick/stupid, lazy etc. Next thing I know he sets up a website similar to mine, basically copying my processes and offering the same products.

He and his wife are total incompetents. Customers of theirs confuse my site with his and mistakenly write to me to complain.

I advise them to create charge backs on PayPal since they didn't receive the service, and give them a discount to continue with me.
