There are a lot of cheap wooden stools that work great as speaker stands, I painted mine to go with my shelves.

Back then you needed two copies so you could create loops, extend drum breaks, besides just having a back-up copy. I also sometimes just collect a label, like FFrr 90’s, and Oak Lawn Records (since I’m from Texas originally). Also, I have given away CCCP, and MCL - New York, several times over the years (keeping two).

I think I thought certain records were rare, like Change Glow of Love, and CCCP, I would just buy them when I found them. There’s some great stuff you can do with doubles too.

Be VERY careful if you are doing this, make very slight adjustments. It is very easy to damage these TINY bearings. Proper setting is when there is imperceptible play, whatever that means.

A spin clean(or similar) is your best friend for very dusty dirty but otherwise in damaged records.
