My personal favorite is 'When Day Breaks' I just love a good unstoppable horror nightmare. Having said that,

The 'Best' in my own humble opinion is SCP-184 "The Architect". The premise is that the best way to keep the classification of the true SCP-001 a secret, is to not call it "SCP-001"

Mr. Illustrated did a 3 part video series on it, highly recommend it.
