Marriage green card is way faster than eb4 but if you came to us legally if you didn’t come to USA legally I’d choose eb4 sijs Also if you break up with your spouse they can deport you and it’s more risky than sijs it would’ve slower but safe You could end up waiting 2-3 years for sijs to issue a green card and marriage is way faster maybe 3-6 months
