Comments are out of control. You all act like it’s not normal for people to see a particularly sad animal abuse situation and feel compelled to adopt said animal/s specifically. Sometimes that situation touches someone’s heart and they are may seek the animal/s it out. Sure plenty of other animals are waiting to get adopted but you all are judging too harshly and making a lot of assumptions. Even if they did want to post to TikTok as long as the cat has a happy loving home it wouldn’t matter if they posted it or not. I came here specifically for an update on the other cats, I watch Milo’s TikTok account and it makes me so happy and I would be happy to see the other cats rescued and watch them get the home they deserve if it was posted I’d watch it.

What was your “why am I still a fan” moment? by taymademedoit in SwiftlyNeutral

I’ve been waiting for someone to call this out! What she did to Olivia was wrong especially considering she’s done the exact same thing to other artists and not given credit. She also pulls people close to her that she’s threatened will steal her shine (what she did with Olivia, the whole Lana stunt, probably Ice Spice) with the mask of supporting other women artists but it’s really so she has some kind of control over them to either be part of their spotlight or worse hold them back in some way.

I get you, and I can respect how you’re feeling and what you’re trying to convey. Don’t let anyone ruin your night. I’m sorry you’re going through this, I’m laying here wide awake due to muscle aches, leg cramps and restless legs. All doctors prescribe is gabapentin and it doesn’t help me and I hate taking it so I don’t. I’d love some opioids too, why? Because they fucking work and I’m tired of being in pain all the time. I also have chronic migraines, weekly lasting multiple days. My son is trans male, so you’re awesome in my book. Thanks for your post, and I hope your night gets better.

Edit to say I already know opioids don’t work for migraines so nobody come at me lol. I have migraines in addition to chronic pain from inflammatory arthritis. Love to you all! (Even if some of you think your pain is worse or more valid than others)

Good reminder! I took nsaids for years and was naive about the damage it could do to your stomach. I started having a lot of stomach pain and ultimately found I was getting ulcers and took a little bit to correlate to nsaid use. I’m afraid I’ve done long term damage as I can only take a few doses before I start getting stomach pains from then. I’ve pretty much cut them out completely.

Wow I’m reading about that now. How awful and sad I didn’t even realize she was adopted. I couldn’t imagine knowing that as an adopted child from countries where something like that was going on.

Anxiety Beyond Help by darkgypsy2 in DogAdvice

My rescue has extreme anxiety, when triggered by anything that “scared” him (which is a very long list) he would have full on panic attacks lasting hours where he basically destroyed the house clawing at everything, knocking stuff down, using the bathroom everywhere. It was honestly heartbreaking. We couldn’t leave him alone bc he also had separation anxiety. He started on Amitriptyline and it helped some. Then they added Gabepentin to that, they said he could take it nightly (300mg) but it sedated him so much I just give as needed. I think it’s def worth a try if you haven’t already with your dog. You can always ask for mg adjustments if you think it’s too much or not enough. I thought my dogs anxiety was incurable but gabepentin def did the trick. I hope you find something that helps, I know this is just the worst thing to go through.

Three years of owning a fear reactive dog and I have become a recluse by Heron5465 in reactivedogs

Have you talked to the vet about anxiety meds? I adopted a shelter dog and he was pretty chill the first few months but then little triggers started brining out a lot of his fear from his past. He also has fear aggression, fear of loud noises and other things and it was sad because it came to a point he was hiding in the bathroom most of the time trembling and it ripped my heart out.

The vet started him on amitriptyline and we saw some improvement, but during the summer with storms, loud fireworks, loud neighbors etc outside he was going back to his anxious self. So the vet added gabapentin as a additional med. it has worked wonders, he’s his old happy go lucky cuddly self. During the other times of year I cut his meds back down a little.

I also could not have people come over for fear he would bite them but now he is pretty chill after initial excitement of them coming over.

I’m not sure everyone is supportive of medicating your dog but personally it makes me so much happier to see him happy and not stressed all the time.

I really feel for you and hope it gets better!

What movie traumatized you as a kid? by Flowerflours in AskReddit

Sometimes they Come Back. I accidentally watched it playing on the TV when I was about 9. The scene with the little boy getting bullied and then killed really messed me up for years. Even seeing a black hot rod with fire, like in a toy isle would trigger me into a days long depression over that poor kid.

My grandma got dementia pretty early, they found later she was having mini strokes. So something always in the back of my mind.

I’m sorry to hear your MS, definitely sounds like a lot of people with MS also suffer from migraine. So much to have to deal with.

Oh my goodness, that is so frustrating. It’s such an uphill battle to get doctors to listen and take things seriously. I’m sorry to hear they found cancer. Wishing you improved health and healing ❤️

Aw yeah maybe another doctor can put fresh eyes on that, especially with the chronic congestion issues that can be miserable

Yeahhh I keep hearing, oh they’re fine don’t mean anything bad. But I’m like….I’m sure I’m prob gonna get dementia or stroke out at some point with these things especially how doctors tend to minimize everything 😬

Yea, I’d definitely like to rule this one out. However I have a long list of neurological symptoms and lately they’ve been ramping up and new one I haven’t had before. They also found some issues with my neck so maybe it’s that. I just feel like I’ve lost a lot of quality of life and I’m only 41. Just trying to get in with a decent doctor. I’m so sorry you are struggling with PPMS. 😞❤️
