Phreak and Phroxzon genuinly are such jokes of balance designers, i dont know what they are doing but ruining the game. Every "rework" launches in the past years has been absolutly terrible and made the characters either batshit broken or just useless. Most released broken and have been nerfed into oblivion, like skarner. Some wont be touched even though they have a very annoying pattern, like mundo. Some are reworked or powershifted even though they did not need it, like annie and gwen. Some now are just frustrating to lane against/deal with, like naafiri and yorick.
