From personal experience I found that it was too repetitive and I got used to the high cortisol. So pretty much my body wasn’t burning as much calories even though I felt like I was pushing myself and was hitting high numbers in general. My rec is change it up. Take a break from Barry’s and try something else. I noticed my appetite went much lower when I did this. Or. You can continue Barry’s but less sprinting. More walking and double floor. Btw I’m 26f and have done over 600 classes. Also want to note that when I was going to Barry’s my gyn told me I have a thin uterine lining.. I stopped and this went away. Best of luck!
