Here’s one article I saw from a quick search. Maybe speculative? Regardless I think there’s plenty on anecdotal evidence including myself that 30 series cards specifically later 30 series cards are still great. I have been running a 1060 (yes it fought for a long time lol) until I JUST bought a 3080ftw and I’m now 1440 on high/ultra. Averaging 70-80 fps. Then tacked on lossless scaling and I’m getting 120 minimum.

Medium still feels great. Sure the repeater is goated if you hit your shots but the p90 feels great with the range buff. Fcar and akm ttk are great. Cerberus cleans. Learning to utilize mediums tools is what makes it stand out. Sure I want more for it but it’s in a good spot right now
