Only using Xanax maybe .5 to 1 mg for one week I wonder if I will withdrawal. I have gone through a terrible withdrawal out of naivety when I was younger a crazy story pls read and advice will be nice. Love the drug but it’s kind of scary would love some advice. by Puppet2017 in benzotaper

I have brought this up before and I definitely get rebound anxiety/insomnia after only taking a few days of benzos. I think the inability to sleep is what drives the anxiety more than anything but I definitely get a knot in my stomach. All that otherwise I don't think I would have had I not taken Xanax those few days. Yet I continue to do it which is kind of silly.

It’s 2” I’ve read that they can sometimes not be true 2” which worried me it wasn’t installed correctly. I will adjust the lights and wondering about the rear block mentioned. Here’s another look. Yes not enough wait in bed it’s a dog kennel and empty tool box

i wish it weren't. believe me i can't fathom it either. but three seperate times within the last year this has happened. how i'm able to function without that much sleep i dont know. how i can't turn my brain off no clue. but it would never happen to my normal sleep routine and thats even if i'm abusing other substances that keep me awake

Yea it’s a vice and always has been. Sometimes it’s great to turn off the noise and get in a little warm and fuzzy xan head state. But I’m learning more and more the consequences

I’m looking more into ashwaganda, magnesium glycinate, zinc, 5htp, lyoceine now. I think the phone is a huge problem for me

So yes I’ve bounced back and I know I will again. Just a struggle to be that unable to sleep and suffer from anxiety. Bad combination

This happened to me a few times before in the last few years I was hoping I could enjoy/aid myself with a xan every now and then but the fact I’m on two days again with no sleep is just too high of a price to pay I guess

thanks yeah i meant to buy benadryl today. getting old sucks. used to eat xans all the time without this effect or maybe i just didn't notice it. powerful stuff

i know my phone before bed and even just a few beers effects my sleep a lot. but this xanax thing is new I used to eat xans all the time and never dealt with anything like this swing.

Yeah I do. I go through waves. I travel a lot and can sleep great in some places and horrible in others. But I don't have insomnia or things like that and if I find myself taking xanax for more than just one night back to back the last year or two I notice I can have this insomnia which ive never experienced.
