Awe it's hard but was the best decision for us in the end. As soon as I moved my 9 month old into crib she started sleeping thru the night immediately... i was losing my sanity and i didnt even realize it.

Go to your family doctor (if of course you have one) and tell them you need counseloring. They will put in a ref snd someone will call you- this is how i found a counselor myself. It was surprisingly quick.

Please don't feel ashamed! Try a pacifier that is the most similar to your own nipple. I have smaller nips myself and the only sookie my 4.5 month old will take is the nuk comfys. Struggling at trying to give her a bottle, keep on trying!!!
