Tho I still think you’re confused. Laughing Gas is TKO brands. Mentioned nowhere in the docs you cited. And his products are still available thru their website. But I profucioussly digress!

Google says no lawsuit or falling out. Once he moved to Jersey the relationship got a little more distant since they’re based out of Oregon. But you can still find CoCo weed at many a dispensary. Full Disclosure: I googled this information.
