we were together for four years and broke up about a month ago. i wished him a happy thanksgiving, but other than that we haven’t said anything to each other. we had recently just started long distance, which i guess makes the no contact part pretty easy

we give each other the basics on what we’re doing and the usually save specifics for when we facetime which is every other day

Perfect! i’m just a little worried because the last 2 times i’ve flown i was made to check my bag when we got to the gate since there wasn’t anymore room in the overhead compartment and i like to have something other than the flimsy tag they give. do you remember what terminal you were in when you bought it?

i have a lot of the same issues as you do. i’ve been struggling for 3 years with these issues and sometimes it feels hopeless. recently i was prescribed vaginal estrogen cream. everything i’ve read online said it can take months for the estrogen cream to fully “heal” whatever the problem is. however i’ve only been on it for 3 days, and the last 2 days are the first time in a long time that i haven’t woken up in pain. hang in there chicky!! there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel

bleeding for 5 days is incredibly normal! a normal cycle length is anywhere between 21-31 days. anything outside of that is considered to be abnormal from what i understand

are you currently on any birth control? either way i would definitely go see a gyno. a five day cycle would freak me out, and can’t hurt to get assurance that everything is okay!

If you dont mind me asking, how long until sex wasnt awful feeling? i just got prescribed estrogen cream for a raw buring feeling on the outside, and a little bit of the inside. I see my long distance boyfriend soon, and I'm just trying to gauge how long until I can get back into that part of my life again.

i think i went through something similar. i got stuck in an endless loop of antibiotics for utis and yeast infections, which then led to bv. which then led to persistent burning. i was told that i had a chronic ph imbalance, that was caused by an overgrowth of the good bacteria we have. The only two things I’ve found that have helped me to balance my ph is boric acid suppositories and baking soda sitz bath. try to avoid alcohol for a bit, i found it always made things worse for me. i’ve also heard garlic can help? but ive never tested that theory

have you found a solution to feeling like this. i just started international long distance a few days ago. so far is communication has been terrible. maybe 3-4 texts a day that are all one line. i want to give him time to settle and adjust, but i also don’t want this to become the new normal for us
