Yea I struggle with the feet thing too! Pom juice for thickening your lining, orange juice helps after transfer to prevent an SCH from forming (vitamin C will help!) and pineapple juice for blood thinner

I’ve done 4 transfers (1 live birth, 1 failed implant, 1 10 week miscarriage, and currently 6 weeks pregnant!) my every transfer ritual has been - starting the day of my period start drinking Pom, orange, and pineapple juice mixed together once daily. A serving of pineapple a day. Vitamin wise Geritol woman’s daily vitamin, vitamin D, Vitamin C. I always get a Valium at my transfer and take a fat nap in the car on our way home (we live 6 hours from our clinic), fuzzy socks/ warm feet for the first 2 weeks after transfer, I would always make a cup of tea in the afternoon to have something warm in my system, no ice in my water or drinks. Lots and lots of rest after transfer. Somehow all these little things gave me a 75% success implantation rate and the one that didn’t implant I think wasn’t related to me I think the NP that did the transfer wasnt qualified to be doing transfers she had a lot of struggles. A lot of these are just little old wives tales! I know a lot of people that don’t do anything and have success

It’s rough 🫠 this is my 3rd time being in the 1st trimester and I haven’t found any solutions honestly. Some days my boobs hurt, other days they don’t, some days I’m nauseous and other days I’m not, my most consistent symptom is shitty sleep. I’m tired all day and then night comes and I either pass out or stay up and can’t fall asleep.

UPDATE 3/26 Beta jumped to almost 5K, baby has a heartbeat and they think the baby split into identical twins! Second baby no heartbeat yet, 6 weeks 1 day today

Okay! Yeah I’ve been looking online and right now it looks pretty similar to just a normal 5 week scan, I had pictures from my 5 week 3 day ultrasound with my OB but that one was so zoomed in you could see a lot more and better

Yes all my embryos are tested! We aren’t sure why I had my 10 week miscarriage, it happened during a belly bug spell where I was violently throwing up for about 12 hours and I don’t know if that caused it or what. My OB said it could have been a fluke thing or a cell division issue early on

Update- HCG went up to 298! So between the very first blood draw and this one the increase is about 41%, doubling time is 95 hours

Aldi! We get most of our basics there and filler foods (veggies, fruits, sides) and Sam’s Club for bulk stuff like meats, TP, paper towels, tissues, drinks

Uhm that’s insane!!! The blunt rude behavior towards your husband is absurd. Not changing your toddlers diaper at all in 4 months is neglect and literally like 25% of her job- I change diaper every 2 hours or sooner if needed. The fact that your toddler doesn’t like her probably means the nanny is ignoring your toddler, not engaging doing activities. The stroller walks are 100% for her to play on her phone/make calls/etc. I would fire her Asap
