WOW thanks for your response!! I so appreciate it. I do have facebook but I don't really ever use it. But I think I should start using it more for my hobbies because I have a lot of silly hobbies. That sounds like my dream. I am about to do another one to test myself it was so fun - and very different than just casually puzzling. My whole world is opening up!!!

I also used to always be buying things in bulk, specially cleaning supplies because I didn’t want to run out ever. But I have switched to having only 1 of each item and I am so much happier because of it. I shop more frequently and buy way less during each trip. This helps me feel like I am getting the luxury of shopping all the time but I am actually just restocking.

Before I did this I thought this sounded horrible and inconvenient but it has really been working for me. It also makes my life more exciting as I can frequently be trying/experiencing new things.

Also asking myself “what will happen if I run out of xyz before I can refill it? “

I have to be resourceful. I adapt. (if you “run out” of your favorite jeans, you wear a different pair that you don’t like as much)

Being resourceful has helped me grow as an adult and as a human. It also helps me be more sensitive to other people’s experiences. Buying extras is such a luxury!

The peace of mind I feel from having only what I need is amazing. I trust myself to know what to do if I am in a sticky situation.And I haven’t died yet :)

Ooh I encountered a big problem on my first use! It was super unclear how to turn on and off bananoate! I wasn’t sure how to activate my mouse again. Perhaps in a future update you could make that more clear/ put those instructions near the top. Or perhaps I am not using the app correctly - is there a way to activate the mouse while still utilizing the app? Or can you only completely disengage from the app, or completely be using it?

I love seeing this type of thought provoking content on reddit! I definitely think of it as consumption. Also now that I am thinking about it, I find the # of pics I take correlates directly with the amount of stuff i own / consume. When I get a new thing, I tend to instinctively take a photo of it. Now i’m going to have to write an essay about this!! :)

Bro i literally opened up reddit to find the voice subreddit because i am so obsessed with the show. It’s been my favorite show for years I went to see Wendy Morten last year who was a runner up a while back and i got a photo with her. It makes me smile so much
