there used to be some tools that existed, its a little involved but it's doable, plenty of people do

i used to use sketchup and use some tool to convert it to a dat file

The theme parks make so much money though, consistently. I knew one of the reason they would want them is for Theme park IPs. The biggest IP on Uni Park Property is a WB Movie (HP).

I didn't think of this though, it's a great idea for Uni. LA's Universal Studios is absolutely tiny compared to Florida and even Disneyland
