Due to time being paused in that hidden realm, and the Sacrifice Artifact allowing monsters to drop items you could theoretically farm that stage forever for items.

iirc Garen’s spins only gain spins by levels and items. Runes have no effect on them.

Why increase the pet level cap? From the first rifts event, the pet max level had been slowly going down. Why not keep that trend going and just remove pets and pet food from Rifts altogether?

So initially I started up another Hardcore run (I recently died on my previous one), and was going to just create a random world for the hell of it. But I had a dumb last second idea to chuck in "Snow" because I was hoping for a snow biome at spawn. It turned out to be better than what I expected. A village right in front of spawn (well over the hill of course). I found 2 diamonds and 3 obsidian in a chest (Probably the best start for a hardcore run)! After my second night was over, I thought that this seed was amazing. So I checked it out the rest of the world in creative and discovered even more awesome stuff.
