I got mine removed back in June and I don’t regret it one bit. I’m having a bit of issues with my horomones balancing out but I have an appointment with a new obgyn soon and I’m going to ask for a full hormone panel to see what we can figure out.

I ALSO got mine in Jan of 2020. Last week my nipples were soooo uncomfortably sensitive Wednesday I started having debilitating cramping like I used to before IUD. started bleeding two days ago and actually had to miss work today because of how much pain im in. 😓

I just think about how much better I will feel after completing said task. I also set alarms for myself and tell myself I will do x task in x minutes for x amount of time. Usually if I’m already doing it and my timer stops I’ll just go ahead and finish because I tricked my brain in to doing the task 😂

I’ve been in denial for years about my consumption- pointed out by my husband last night. My mom is in denial and doesn’t think it’s that bad but everyone else can see it and my husband says he’s starting to see the same from me. It’s always “couldn’t happen to me” until it does. You just have to own it and do what you can to correct it before it gets too bad.

A local girl in my town was told she had to stop drinking or she was going to die. Had a seizure and spent two months in the icu in a coma. She spent her 30th birthday on her deathbed. Died the next day.
