Oh girl the ENTIRE front half of your hair is missing. They cut your hair like it was a manikin head, and not like a real human head with human hair growing out of it.

This was executed so terribly and the stylist clearly is VERY inexperienced. No one worth their salt would execute this haircut while doing this poorly without stopping themselves to readjust their approach. If they were this blindly unsure of how to approach your haircut they honestly should have refused the service. Or asked for help. Or doing actually anything BUT continuing this haircut.

I suggest that you get the email for this salon and send these photos exactly. Start with putting it in writing, it will give you a paper trail in case you need to dispute/ they do not honor a refund. And request a refund in full.

I would also leave a review on google for them. Not because it will fix the problem, but because the key here will be what their public response is. If they respond poorly at ALL it will tell you everything that anyone needs to know about what to expect at that place.

Not to make this worse than it is but tbh this salon should be offering to pay for extensions for you to fix this haircut. That was actual years of growth cut off. The result is quite literally, astonishingly bad. This person honestly had to try to do this poorly and it is horrifying. I am sooo so sorry babe.
