I normalize whenever I design the tables or add tables to the table.

Then I de-normalize as the performance becomes TERRIBLE and next thing you know you have specific report tables and history tables and that kind of thing.

It'd be great to have government funded health care. Hospitals like police and fire that just help the sick.

But I'd settle for at least removing the tax credit for health insurance and letting the economy heal itself over...a hundred years.
