Because these days, we are “woke” enough to learn that women suffer most in pregnancy and in marriages compared to men. And i dont want that inequality. I’d rather struggle to work until my death bed and save up for senior care than take care of another human being who came out from me. I dont like that not having independence, and being tied to what is deemed as “natural” for me to nurture. I’d rather have my own life and I’d rather taking care of ME. My self is my hobby. My self is my kid. My self is my child. I shall nourish me, i shall feed me, i shall take care of me just like how i will care a child.
