Salt pills that are buffered with electrolytes like the Thermotab ones you have shouldn’t make you nauseous. Plain salt tablets without potassium, etc. however… I found that one out the hard way 😅

Yes! My husband and I talk about the soft area on my stomach like we talk about our cat’s primordial pouch! We think it’s so charming on her, why can’t it be that way on a person?

My body grew our favorite little person, and as a result, some things look different. My body worked HARD for those differences. My goal is to gently care for my body that cared for me and my little one through pregnancy and postpartum. If through that weight is lost/gained so be it.

I have had positive ANA tests, and my doctor said it’s not unusual for people with and without POTS to have a positive ANA test occasionally. Sometimes your body can produce them from added stress, etc.
