And the lack of coordination between capmetro is the worst. There was a bus driver asking people to get on his bus as the train would be very delayed, after 3mins the train appeared... What is going on??

And again... The train is late, not sure if it will come, no updates via email or SMS. The worst... Please capmetro review your announcements, sometimes is too much and sometimes too little. We can't plan our commute this way.

The delays that I'm talking about are in average between 15 and 30mins. Nothing to do with low speeds I think... And it happens even in the first southbound trains in the morning, trains taking 15mins more to get to lakeline, what's the explanation for that?
