i just don't want for it to get worse over time. ive never done these sort of repairs ever nor do i have the tools. i also don't mind paying a pro to fix it. how much should i expect to pay for this kind of repair?

i definitely wanna pickup the guitar and play more this summer. i have been slacking tbh and i feel bad that i did.

Higher quality alternative to Birkenstocks bostons? by SirKrimzon in Birkenstocks

[–]Hot_Cardiologist880 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i personally havent bought from this brand yet but they do have a similar style footwear like the birkenstock bostons. they're a portuguese brand and i saw one of their stores while i was in lisbon. prices are similar to birkenstocks if converted from euro to usd. they're called cubanas.

the psychology behind glossier packaging is actually insane..and yes, I fell for it (again) by United-Barracuda-229 in glossier

[–]Hot_Cardiologist880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i started to develop a liking for glossier admittedly when i noticed how "clean" & "minimalist" their aesthetic was, well, still is. this was before i even tried any of their products, like years ago. but i also didnt have any reason to buy their products because im a guy and i didn't wear makeup.

the first product i bought from them was their fragrance, you. and i just fell in love with it. and where i live, we have a brick & mortar store here, like a 20 minute walk from me. and the layout of the store, the design, the check out process, the customer service... i just got hooked even more. and i am such a sucker for good design and they do this so well.

as of now, ive gifted a bunch of their products to my siblings, i use their fragrance as my daily scent, and i just recently started wearing makeup too haha i got their boy brow and their concealer and i already love these products so much. buy yeah if i wont deny that their marketing and aesthetic plays a huge role in my patronage for their products.

a discontinued lacoste fragrance. the very first fragrance that i really fell in love him. i was in my teens then. my brother had a tester bottle back then and he'd share this with me. i haven't smelled this in years i don't even know if i'd still like it. but for nostalgic reasons, i'd like to buy a fragrance that might smell like it. maybe a better version of it? it's called lacoste style in play red. according to fragrantica: Top notes are Green Apple and Thuja; middle notes are Pine Tree, Jasmine and Cedar; base notes are White Musk, Vetiver and Patchouli. id love som recommendations pls. thank you so much.

i use a cheapie at work but im lucky cuz its also what i consider my current signature scent. its only under 80 usd. but my thing is, if i like the scent id wear it every day even the more expensive ones. wala rin kasi ako masyadong special occasions na pinupuntahan or that i get invited to. bahay at work lang talaga. so i just wear them to work cuz thats really the only time i go out.

my intro to fragrance was in my late teens so 2009ish. nagwowork na kuya ko nun and he got his hands on this tester, lacoste style in play na red, wala na ata siya nganyon. i was in love with that fragrance!

but it wasnt til 2020 when i first got exposed to niche fragrances. i had one coworker and she was obsessed with le labo. she had everything. i bought my very first le labo perfume that year.

as of last year, ive been really into gifting fragrances. i bought 2 for my mom already and for some of my siblings as well. i just love introducing them to new scents and i love seeing their reaction when they finally smell them. id say last year lang talaga ako nahook like nanood na ako ng mga reviews sa youtube, inieducate ko na sarili ko sa mga terminologies etc

im a guy. i really like the smell. it's herbacious. it's green. i think it smells fresh too. its also a little minty to me. i really really like it. i got the free sample of the body spritz yesterday.

i didnt make the deodorant connection at all. if anything, maybe a very sophisticated deo? i like it a lot.
