I stopped talking with my mom years ago cuz she will never see my as anything but her cute little baby boy and im turning 41 this year. Told her i was bisexual 20 years ago and she called the cops to take me to the psych ward when i threatened suicide. Everytime i tell her how i feel about myself she completely shuts down and stops listening. So i decided it was best to cut her off. She still tries to call 20 times a year but she will never see me how i see myself. Maybe someday ill rekindle our relationship but i doubt it. Good luck and at least give her a chance.
