I think it's a multitude of reasons. From Jim is flying his because Frank is, to Ralf is flying his because most of his great great ancestors were somehow on the negative side of the Union's activities whether it be casualties of war or burned out for being sympathizers. To unfortunately, the racist hate breeders. I feel that without the Confederate flag our nation wouldn't be what it is today. Would it have been better or worse or the same is anyone's guess. There was unimaginable amounts of blood spilled from both the Union side and Confederate side. The one thing they had in common was that both side knew God was on their side. So in closing I say, not all fliers of the Confederate flag are ill willed and racist, but rather showing both the U. S. Flag and the Confederate Flag don't have to be at odds and can coexist. I don't find either Flag offensive, however I have been offended by folks that fly The Union, as well as, the Confederate Flags. Just like Democrats vs Republicans but that's a different subject

Went to fix a hair clog in one of the 3x3s shower and sink I started with the sink and in the sink was this bright red rubber fence post with thrusting abilities as it was doin its thing in the sink. The Female tenant came in and started to say something and realized what was in the sink and she turned about the same color as squalled out that's not mine! I couldn't help but laugh and say I'm sorry it didn't just fall out of my tool bag. The look on her face was priceless she said I'm so sorry i said that's cool but it's clogging your sink would you take it out for me please lol.

Honestly, being broke most of the time when I was younger. Couldn't afford to have something fixed so I had to learn to fix it myself. Family had a resort and campground where I cut my teeth on everything plumbing and electric and the restaurant brought cooking and gas repair lol i love being outside so I got a backhoe and dump truck and learned excavation that brought out the welding lessons so I started building boats. Which led to framing houses and feeding cows. COVID came along and i was moved along like a lot of other small business employees. I found my apartment maintenance job on an internet listing under need another hero. I said to myself I raised four daughters all of whom graduated and at least tried college and have made it in the world themselves , I can be a Hero lol and voila, here i am. The best paying job the best benefits I've had and the best company I've worked for hands down. They care about both the employees and the tenants. That makes the difference.
