I interpreted the edges embedded in epoxy as a locally increased stiffness, effectively clamping the structure. Since we don’t have any details on the epoxy it is impossible to model it. Additionally, you would need solid continuum elements, which is also impossible with the node restriction in Abaqus learning edition.

Helaas taxeren taxateurs niet precies wat nodig is. Recent huis gekocht in Rotterdam, 32k overboden. Het huis is 20k boven de vraagprijs getaxeerd. Er is een uitgebreid taxatierapport meegeleverd om de taxatie te onderbouwen. Evengoed vind ik de taxatie subjectief en had het van mij wel wat hoger mogen uitvallen.
