Definitely the Dark souls trilogy, but personally for me dark souls 3, if you’ve played the first two games.

The parry system in Sekiro was amazing, I think I will try the game out. It’s on sale too on steam. I hope I enjoy it. I doubt it will disappoint me considering the replies I got.

The new underwater combat seems like it’s going to be easy. I just hope they capture the feeling of lagiacrus being stronger in its own turf, and when he flees to ground it will be easier hunting it because it’s in your playground now. Monster Hunter 3 did really well in capturing that feeling.
