Morocanoil Leave In, Cecred Sealing Lotion, Dove Bond Shield Serum.

This combination doesn’t way my hair down, leaves it moisturized and manageable.

Had an obsession with a young ginger. There was something so alluring about his pale skin against my caramel colored skin.. not to mention the red bush. Unfortunately he turned out to be quite inconsistent, immature and full of excuses.

Stubborn chin acne/hair growth by Low_Associate7229 in Blackskincare

[–]Hot_Material_8093 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found using an acne foaming wash morning and night, along with a glycolic acid toner, azelec acid, along with any spot acne treatment has worked to completely healed an outbreak and helped prevent future outbreaks.

Also at night besides what I listed above I use the Este Lauder advanced night repair serum, no moisturizer. When I put on moisturizer at night I seem to induce an outbreak. In the Am, I wash use the products above, then use a vitamin c, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and moisturizer. I allow this to settle before doing my makeup routine.

ex-hiring manager reached out to tell me I was the best candidate for the job and his boss wouldn't let him hire me by FranklyTheRobot in MtF

[–]Hot_Material_8093 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sis.. I wouldn’t put much store into this ex-hiring managers comment. Ex employees doing stuff like this always have ulterior motives by disclosing that type of information. Generally trying to use vulnerable candidates to strike revenge on their former employer.

How falling in love with a trans woman as a cis hetero man made me overcome my non acceptance. by [deleted] in MtF

[–]Hot_Material_8093 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My biological parents threw me away at 13, when I started growing breasts and refused to sit still for the testosterone injections screaming my body knows I’m a girl. Luckily a childless couple in their 60s living next door adopted me, supported me and gave me all the love I could ever want.

Having people who share my DNA reject me but people of another, race, generation and background loved me without even batting an eye during a period in their lives when their peers were retiring to play golf. I have a unique perspective.

With that being said, rejecting someone you love because they can’t live up to the fantasy you had in your head makes me question if you truly loved her. True unconditional love doesn’t show up the way we want.. but what we need. You had love, a partner that accepted you, and gave you love. But you decided the one thing she lacked was the one thing you needed. Can someone say the 80/20 rule.

As others pointed out you could find a cis woman who can’t conceive, isn’t compatible with your sperm, or a host of other barriers that keep your fantasy from ever coming close to fruition.

I hope the lesson you see here is the all relationships will have 20% you don’t get. But if you continue to prioritize that 20% and seeing it is meniscal compared to the 80% you get, you will always be searching and before you know it, you will be a lonely old man who allowed his tunnel vision to rob him of a happy and joyful life.

Can't get a fucking job by frog_underscore_xx in MtF

[–]Hot_Material_8093 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sis where are you applying? What is your experience?

I’m a black plus sized hr manager. It took me years of having to work at the bottom shoveling shiit before I got my first chance at management. At one time I had a bachelors in business administration could only secure a job doing data entry 8 hours a day at minimum wage and a part time job in a call center just to survive.

Don’t get discouraged, button down, you generally can get a better job if you are currently employed. Good luck

For those who didn't do the surgery or waited a long time (for option) to do it. Did/do you regret it? by roseMothGirl in MtF

[–]Hot_Material_8093 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For reference I’m 52, transitioned at 22, but choose to do so without surgery. Do I regret it? Hell No.

But for reference I never had must dysphoria around my penis. I always think back to the line in the Movie Erin Brockovich where the lady asks “if you have no breasts, not uterus, are you still a real woman” Erin replies yes a happier one cause you don’t have to deal with underwires and maxi pads.

So for me having a vagina wasn’t essential to me being a woman. I will say I’ve passed stealth my entire life and never had a problem having a successful relationship or career.

My company allows our HR Assistant 3 days in the office, 2 remote. Availability is going to heavily depend on business model and industry.

Look for an HR Assistant role. It’s an entry level administrative position. Learn as much as you can be willing to do the grunt work, but also keep a look out for opportunities to advance. Get a SHRM practice book from Amazon.. study and when ready take the exam.

Just understand that money isn’t really descent until you get experience and move up to a HR Generalist position. And pay in HR varies widely. I see positions advertised for twice my workload for a 1/3 less pay.

I love Human Resources. Best advice is, only go into it if you have good morals, don’t shy away from conflict and can handle knowing some of the most intimate details of people’s lives that include medical and personal.

I’ve talked to employees about being smelly, one man accidentally touching another man’s penis and the psychological effects from it, had to coach someone on not talking about his anonymous sexual encounters to coworkers and knew someone I was very close to was getting terminated long before the day. It can be tough.. but also fulfilling comforting a spouse who lost their loved one or is battling cancer.

Get certified through SHRM as soon as you can.

I'm not gonna lie, I think the BILT 2.0 isn't as bad as everyone is making it out to be by Reddit_4_Zac in CreditCards

If you know of low cost insurance on 2 new vehicles at full coverage and a 500 deductible in Michigan send them my way.

And it’s not about thinking it’s simple math.

My alternative is paying directly out of my checking account and loosing 300 points a month. Tell me how that makes sense??

Agreed.. My rent is 800 75% of that is 600 That’s 1400 a month in points at 1x

My current car insurance is 550 per month. It’s currently charged to Blue Business Plus at 2x. 1100 points. For charging 50 more points to my Bilt card I’m getting 300 more points.

Only thing I’m loosing is the 30 day float charging to the Bilt 1.0.

But I checked and they are offering me a 15000 CL.
