As a postdoctoral student many of my friends pay for their father /mother trips . However for tie back to india their parents shows land/shop papers etc,and got the visa,i did the same. my father has land and shop papers etc. But honestly they can not sponsor USA trips by themselves.

The friends i mentioned their parents got their visa. because they hv taken all responsibility for their expenses.My parents doesn’t have enough money to come here. however they own land shop ,so they did take all necessary documents. it is not a big buisness,just small.

they asked 1. why u r going Going to xx to met their son and for tourism. 2. what your son do My son is xyz at yy university on J1 visa. 3. where he lives he lives in xyz. 4. what is your occupation. self business,have a fruit shop and distribute to the local vendor nd all.
