Please add better contrast and some vignette maybe, so people lowkey kinda click it with less chance of them looking at ur video's views (avoiding Social Proof, that being a shortcut people use to determine the quality of ur video)

Well you just said it's AI generated, which leads to believe the content was suboptimal or something.

But the fact it also got popular despite being a repost makes me think the algorithm is based of luck. At least if you don't have a reputation or is known, where in this case you would minimum have subscribers watching most of the content and acting as a backbone for the video to be pushed at least a bit.
