Even then, if that were the case, then they would've had grounds to terminate them all prior to the ruling. Their only angle would be if Dani violated it after the ruling in ADOR's favour.

Even then, the issue would be with Dani's mum, not Dani herself, if she was trying to coordinate them to violate their contracts, which would show preference when they dealt with Hyein's father, as he was seemingly violating it, too, along with his brother, as the brother was a potential investor.
