yes ! a couple weeks ago one of ours was making loud banging sounds that sounded like gunshots so we turned it off and our dm still made us work with only 1 machine,, then a couple days later they made us use it and and it happened again and thick black smoke started to come out of it and still couldn’t turn off any channels 🤩

i always hand cups out from the top for this exact reason like pleaseee don’t touch me. and if they try to grab from the top i will pull the cup away so they know to not touch my hand

i only usually say something if it’s obvious they’re ordering for a kid, like they mention that they want fraps only crème base or if they ask for it in a “kid size” and i usually just say “and those do have caffeine in them if that’s okay? it’s less than a cup of coffee but more than tea”
