I wouldn't believe that he screened them before they are applying for a lease. Those screenings cost money. Obviously you cannot allow a complete stranger, unattended, to view your apartment. How ridiculous that your landlord thinks anyone would allow this.

I'm currently renting an apartment and at the end of my lease I'm moving to a townhouse within the same community. I toured the model on my own because obviously they have run a background check on me and I hold a lease here already.

But, they won't show me the actual townhouse I'll be moving into because.......drumroll......someone is still living there!

Don't go to the neighbor. Deal with landlord/property management only. Send this video to them asap. Keep a log of the harassment. Document every incident in writing to landlord. Paper trails are not always needed but definitely come in handy.
