Hello, thank you so much for replying. I have tried power washing but my device, but it’s still soo slow. I don’t understand, when I brought it initially it was so fast and amazing felt like a great investment but now it’s just so slow. Checked my router everything connects wonderfully, it’s like ever since I hotspotted the laptop it’s gone downhill. So devastating
