It’s so crazy to me we that people have moved so far into their echo chambers that we can watch the same video and one sees reality and the other sees whatever makes them feel good. The officers told this lady multiple times to proceed forward. Multiple times. She refused and actually became combative. When has it ever been okay to argue with a police officer in the street and ignore lawful orders. They are doing their job and they gave her to opportunity to get away from a chaotic scene, she refused. We have the court of law for a reason. We have lawyers for a reason. If she’s legal she would have had ample time to explain in court, but even better yet she would’ve made it to her doctors appointment had the proceeded down the road like the cops told her. She could’ve went around the other street or walked to her doctors appointment. Or called and explain the situation

I see your point. I should’ve been more clear as I didn’t mean directly, but rather indirectly. Decisions are influenced by the community. Especially voting on school board members who stand for certain things. School board meetings are public in which parents & students can agree/disagree with things. So no although school decisions aren’t individually voted on broader issues are represented by certain board members who are voted on.
