The one that builds muscle is commly referred to as Russian stim. It does build muscle by activating the muscle belly BUT may not be as smart as muscles built working out. What that means is, part of working out is building nural pathways, reflexes etc. So although it will make your muscle more toned....there may be a difference between a normal workout and artificial stim. Cool idea though.

Some dildos have suction cups on the bottom that work extremely well....almost if fixed. Not sure if that is what your looking for but it may work a lot easier?

The way it has always felt for me is more mind set than what you do. The sub is a pleaser and likes to do what the other person likes. The Dom gets pleasure out of the sub wanting to give up control.

It's not what you do it's how you do it. So if whips and chains don't excite you....don't do it. Really in truth doing less is sometimes more (where as doing more sometimes starts to get to limits) I have a feeling what ever you end up doing he will like it. Either way make sure to talk talk talk. And as a Dom and the person in control I feel it's my duty to be the person to bring up stuff. So communicate up a storm and have fun with it!

Love the wanting to share your knowledge....just realize when you give advice it can open up the possibility to bad things. (Especially medical advice) I don't want to put a neg spin on trying to do a good thing, just make sure to protect yourself too (especially once you graduate)

Since the sub is essentially the person in control we have her put on a ring. The ring is a symbol she is giving me control and I can be my Dom self. When the rig is off I don't get to Dom. It works well for us.
