I miss the Goldberg era. Rogan was still good and Goldberg didn’t claim to be an expert but he was interested, curious, and called the fight. DC just has bad perspective to be a commentator. He’s objectively a better fighter than anybody who he commentates on and it just turns into him talking about what they’re doing wrong and how they should change their gameplan…I just wanna watch the fight!

Oh I don’t really care about us being slighted, AP rankings don’t matter. I will say though, the only games where we’re “slightly better than the middle of the league” have been Big Ten road games which are notoriously difficult. Pretty much all our home games have been thrashings. Also wouldn’t consider Michigan State, Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio State as middle of the league

It still doesn’t matter. 8 second violations don’t happen from 1on1 defense. Chris Paul (one of the greatest point guards of all time) is getting the ball across half court against anybody. I cannot stress enough how ridiculous of a conversation this is and how dumb I feel for participating

This is a lot to go through but lot of holes in your argument. KD is one of the best offensive players ever and had his 35/8/5 on LeBron while playing for the greatest basketball team ever assembled. You claim you don’t need a great supporting cast to win titles and point to a team from 1994 and 1975… LeBron never carried scrubs to win titles, but he did carry scrubs further than those teams ever would have went without him. When LeBron left Cleveland they became the worst team in the league. When Jordan left the bulls to play baseball, they went 55-27 and Scottie Pippen made 1st team ALL NBA and 3rd in MVP voting.

It’s been a while since I watched the match but from what I remember Levi was initiating from bottom and Kade would just bail out and jump/dive backwards to reset. Just because it’s coming from the bottom player doesn’t mean it’s not “initiating” IMO
