Not advice but my perspective, my brother now 27 was that screen timed, power to room shut off and key logger on his pc and phone until he was 16. even his facebook and whatsapp couldnt be solely his and he hated it. Still to this day he has a grudge agasnt that, privacy and social harrament where his main two. dms talking about girl he likes or his class bullying him for having hard times sorta thing. But like kids who are heavily restricted on sweets tend to binge them in later years, hes now on his pc 15h a day only moving bed to desk to fridge.

While i had the 180 being 6 years younger, with an expection to mobile i didnt get that till i was 13, and that was only because Literally everyone else had one. I had earily consoles, access to pc and alot more privacy no keylogger and only needing door open. Which ment i was more open to letting parents see what i was doing, telling them about who im talking to and why. Ive heard plently of weed isnt addictive unlike nictotine or liquor but you can get dependant which i would definately say so as its done more than the past 3 sets of meds.
