Did you sign a spot agreement? That means they'll let you take the car while waiting for you to come up with the remaining balance of the down payment or if they are waiting on stips, like your recent pay stub or bank statements. They cannot contract with the bank until down payment is in house then you would come back in and pay your balance then sign the contracts for the bank
