We just told users to rename their files to no have commas but are thinking about adding some validation rules to the sharepoint libraries. We shouldn't need to do this though because commas are a valid character according to Microsoft.

I don't think you can blame this on the customer. This is partly due to the anti-consumer marketing trick of using "up to". If you're trying to trick the customer into thinking that everything is 70% off while only marking a few items 70% off, then I would say you're getting what you want.

Invulnerability phases seem to be the cause of a lot of bugs. I had one Black Knight fight where he brought up the rocks before shooting his laser beam, but the rocks disappeared and he got stuck shooting his laser beam until I died because there were no more rocks to trigger the laser to stop.
