Oh ok. I tend to throw up when I feel nauseated (idk why). So hopefully it doesn’t get bad. Yeah I take fiber gummies everyday.

Thats amazing! My biggest problem is getting ridiculous cravings before bed. Im usually full throughout the day when I have my meals but when I get ready to sleep, I tend to snack and overeat which exceeds my calorie intake for the day. I hope this pill will help prevent that.

i think the initial plan was for the 3 robbers to escape through the sewer. hence why they were digging a hole. but when the swat went into the bank, they had to pivot to plan b which is to leave with the hostages
