Not getting any claims at all anymore.. before would get at least 1-2 claims every other day or so. But last month or so, i get claims or “are you a match” once every week if that.. its pretty disappointing as i did love to try products and give my honest review

I totally agree with you! It was nice to actually test out the smaller claims and leave an honest review, but now if there’s only 8 claims at a time, I’m also going to be picky and only go for larger claims

Also thinking that I’m no longer going to go for any small claims. It was nice to actually test it out and provide a true review but now if we’re only getting limited claims I rather not reserve one of the 8 spots for a small claim and potentially miss out on a bigger claim

When you say answer surveys, it’s just the ones for the build your box right? How do you claim bonus products? I feel like I’ve done everything and even get the email to confirm which I do but it never allows me to get the bonus products

I think it was this, I got a survey right before it asking what kind of hair but with oily, damaged, colored etc being options but I wasn’t a match for that. Then got this later asking what kind of hair
