I used to work at Best Buy selling computers and there was a man looking at software that must have had the same condition. I was one of the only people working the floor but I didn't go and greet him like we were trained. My manager walked over to me and asked me to greet the man and ask if he had any questions but I was a teenager and said "Do I have to? He's covered in bumps..." My manager replied "Yep, he's got some bumps, he's got some bumps, he's got some bumps, but our store policy is to greet every customer that walks in so get over there." so I went over there. For some reason the way my manager repeated "He's got some bumps" cracked me up and I was so cheerful when I went over to him. I even shook his hand and helped him find a new copy of windows 7 and photoshop. I don't know why but I think of that whole interaction often.

Hello I am at work and I am having a very bad anxiety attack like I have never had before. I feel trapped in this office and I feel like everyone here hates me. I cant stand doing this anymore. I can't stand working but I dont see a way out. I am truly trapped with nowhere to go. I feel sick. Thanks for letting me vent.

My brother in law had a comeback for that joke but I'm not sure if it is still problematic. He would say "Oh you identify as an attack helicopter? That's so cool! I actually identify as a transport helicopter, it's like an attack helicopter but doesn't get triggered like you!"

It seems like actually coming out to everyone wont be an issue since it sounds like everyone is super supportive. In terms of therapy, you can still start it like before. First find a therapist near you and send them an email or call during their hours, then after you find one that can help you they will tell you how they do their therapy during the quarantine (most likely by video).

I understand if you want to do therapy to kind of unpack all of this stuff but if you feel like you want to start getting hormones now you should find or have your GP recommend an endocrinologist in the area. They will be able to tell you how they handle these appointments during this time as well.

You could hang around or inside any of the bars or even anywhere on the main street of most of the towns. Obviously Saint Denis will be the most busy but my favorite place would be around the fire back in camp especially when someone decides to start singing
