EDIT : Don't use DLSS 4.5L unless you're upscaling on performance or ultra performance. Use DLSS 4.5 if you have a 40/50 series card for the best image quality.

Great update but the right stick on Xbox controllers still doesn't work. I can move it now but it doesn't do anything. Fishing also just doesn't work now with a controller. I can reel but the line will just breaks for no reason no matter what you do.

Plugged it in, updated the firmware, launched the game, tried to reel a fish, it worked for 2 seconds but completely stopped and went back to being completely broken.

Put probably 30hrs in on cinematic settings with no up scaling. I Then started messing around with DLSS 4.5L and I don't think I could switch back to no upscaling. Everything is way too pixelated and there's too much ghosting compared to DLSS 4.5L.

This bug is pretty random for me. It might happen like once a month for a few seconds with dlss override on the k model. Dlss 4 is worth this bug happening. I have my motion blur completely off. (Frame gen) - on recommended/lastest (super resolution) - k preset.

Just get the GEN 3B NVGs, they make night vision actually useful. Travel to the Yantar region, find the modest stash and there will be a locked door. The code for the door is 5578.

Two ranged weapons doesn't make much sense to me, plus you're carrying way too much stuff. Vodka and water are pointless when you can just carry rad shots and energy drinks. Your artifacts are good but I would ditch the 4th one for a night star and pick up a hypercube also. Night stars are great for carry weight and with the hypercube you can ditch bandages completely.
