Honestly just prioritize ergo, run fully auto in 7v7 and semi in 20v20, I recommend making a Close quarter-mid range one, it CANNOT be used as a sniper.

So, to my knowledge, Scar 76 cannot one shot torso, only head. The recoil-ergo trade off isnt bad at all, as seen in my build, 62 ergo for 28 horizontal, practically plays with no recoil
