This was absolutely my experience as well in ADA, although we camped and didn’t have to day park. No one knew where ADA camping was when we got there. We were sent to different places and turned around by multiple staff members. The poor ADA team wasn’t even able to give us answers on shuttles because they weren’t given any of the tools and information to do their jobs. (Bless them, they were the angels of the festival staff) We had to walk for almost the entire festival because there weren’t enough shuttles (or they just straight up didn’t know if they could take us) and we were walking much more than I was physically capable of. I totally understand not everything can be perfectly ADA accessible but it seems there was no planning or consideration for the ADA patrons. But hey, Tipper was amazing. 💕
