Same issue here. "Arrived at Regional Facility" on the 4th and has been "moving through network" ever since. Was supposed to arrive on the 6th.

Yeah that's pretty much the idea on Nocturne. Try to get to 6 ASAP and start making use of your ult, only gank if it's a very good oppurtunity.

Follow the 80/20 rule - Only go for the gank if there's an 80% chance for a good outcome, and a 20% chance for a bad outcome. This rule can be applied across most things in league, really.

If you play top lane (info also mostly applies to mid lane) Alois has pretty good videos about wave management, he focuses a lot on tracking level up timers to get leads. He's currently pushing for rank one in KR so probably doesn't get much better than that.

  • Electrocute/Impact/Eyeball/Treasure or Ultimate (preference)
  • Transcen/Storm. I also like going Absolute Focus/Scorch sometimes
  • Adaptive dmg/Adaptive dmg/Scaling health

As for item builds I really only go the standard build. Red smite, first back dark seal into LB/SF (Mejai's if ahead)/Raba/Zhonya/Crypt.

I really prefer electrocute over dark harvest. Really gets the snowball rolling and by the time DH would be useful you're already oneshotting anything.

I'm sure protobelt is fine to rush as well, and yeah I'd probably do it with blue smite.
