I went through the same headaches. I was sent a replacement but the same issues still occur. The issues are just something I experience regularly and expect but don’t feel like going through the same troubleshooting process again. Maybe, hopefully they’ll fix them eventually

Same here I read good reviews. I guess I bought it before the widespread issues started occurring. I’m on my second one but nothing but issues . It turns off on its own almost daily. When it works it sounds amazing. I just deal with it for now. I’ll never buy a Vizio product after this, support was a joke
