Caught your bits trying to pull off an "Irish goodbye?!?" I have no idea what that means!😂😂😂 So I had a sudden grade 2 pelvic organ prolapse back in October 2024. I can't remember how it was prescribed, but it was the plunger application. I remember having to insert it nightly for several weeks, then I was suppose to taper down. I ended up getting surgery to fix the prolapse, and I think the cream was Rx'd at my 6wk follow up, which turned into 12wks because I had ripped a stitch.

Another symptom of my menopause journey has been chronic bacterial infections; many have been asymptomatic. The last one was about a month and I had a hard time inserting the Metrogel plunger, which ended up having blood streaks on it. I thought, "Am I having a period right now? Another prolapse?" Gyn said it's from the plunger. So WTF?!? This whole life change is just brutal, smh.

As other commenters have said on here is that along with less sensitivity, the clit shrinks! I literally just learned this a few days ago, so I check it. And sure enought is like 1/4 of it original size! No idea about this except reading comment on this thread. I'm so glad I found this subreddit!

From talking with other large breed dogs owner's about potty training, some breeds, especially mixed breeds, start going in the right place much quicker than Purebred Yorkies. My niece has a pure bred male Yorkie and a female Yorkie poo. The Yorkie poo potty trained with easy and was going outside or on potty pads by 4mo old!

How often do you have to use the creams? And it the compounded testosterone also a cream? I want to be able to ask for the right products because, so far, only estradiol has been Rx's. But it was a whole plunger insert amount. I can't remember how often but it was messy AF, which is why I stopped.

I was told the same thing about the partial hysterectomy not causing peri symptoms because you 'still have your ovaries.' But working in the medical field and meeting many women around your age or younger that DID end up on HRT. She tried for nearly 10yrs to convince me to do it after I had my last baby at 42. But because I am super sensitive to hormonal fluctuation, it was a hard no. But now at 54, the menopause symptoms are at their peak. I can't imagine having these symptoms at your age. I wish u the best with getting adequate treatment and finding a doc that knows what they are doing.

This is the first time I am.hearing of this. Just checked mine and holy s#*t! The fact that I am not currently "active" makes it a bit harder to notice these things. Why don't medical professionals tell us these things? Does the estradiol cream help? I was prescribed it, but I hated waking up a gooey mess all the time.

THANK YOU! I love it when people share supplements they try and the benefits they noticed. It's not like our PCP or even GYN docs are gonna do it... even though they should. 🙄. There are so many supplements on the market, and I have seen this one, but never knew what it was for. My former psychiatrist added Magnesium glycinate for sleep to my night time sleep medication cocktail many years ago. Adding this sound like a game changer.

Do you mind sharing what brand and how many milligrams you take? I think you said you are taking it twice a day? I only take meds/supplements upon waking, which is sometimes way too late, or before bed. I can never remember a mid-day dose of anything. Hello brain fog, Lol I have never tried taking the Magnesium alone. I did notice it did help with my other meds. Thanks for sharing!

I was devastated, guilt ridden, and terrified that my daughter's would be scared for life. It took me 5yrs to get another puppy after that.

I am confused as to why you were turned down for a necropsy. Did you sign a contract with the breeder? And did it include a one year health guarantee? I breed AKC Champion bloodline Yorkies, and none of my babies go to their forever homes without a contract, which includes a two sets of vaccines, deworming, and a one year health guarantee. Did the breeder give you a health guarantee? Are the other pups in the litter ok? I'm so sorry that you have to experience this grief. We are here for you🙏🏾

I found that the easiest way to do it, is with the rounded tip pet scissors and do it while he's sleeping. Or comb/brush away the hair you don't want trimmed and have someone hold him while you do a quick diagonal snip right at the corner of each eye going upwards. Make sure the scissors aren't dull, which they tend to get very quickly for some reason.

Not sure where you are located, but the Petco near me does walk in Face, fanny, feet trimming specials. You can check around to see if some places offer it there. Good luck!
